UPDATED! Now you can gain immediate access to GPT 4 API. If you are not a paying customer for Open AI, you can prepay a bill and you gain access to GPT 4. Make sure after you gain access to refresh your keys. 

On July 6, 2023 , Open AI gave access to the GPT-4 API (8k) to all API users who have made a successful payment of $1 or more. Open AI plans to open up access to new developers by the end of July 2023, and then start raising rate-limits after that depending on compute availability. Open AI is not currently granting access to GPT-4-32K API at this time, but it will be made available at a later date.

Currently, we our utilizing a model and technology where you bring your own API keys from Open AI.

We do this for a couple of reasons. 1) It is WAY cheaper and totally under your control 2) We believe our technology, prompts, and new features paired with your API keys, gives you a tool that is the most cost efficient for producing high quality output.

Our take is, and always will be, that these articles generated by ANY AI service should be reviewed and edited if applicable. AI is not perfect, yet. We also thing there needs to be a lot of on-page optimizations (internal linking, external sources, schema, images, video, formatting, etc). That being said, there are plenty of case studies floating around that show hundreds and thousands of articles being published in a short window, without doing any on-page optimization elements, and seeing results. How long they last? Who knows.

Great question. And the answer is unfortunately, we don’t know. We are testing out our new pricing structure as of June 1st, 2023. In addition, we have a lot of new features (in roadmap and suggested), new add-on products, new ideas being floated around that would add a lot more expense to the current business. Our goal remains the same, make this the easiest and most seamless part of your day for content building while still being affoardable. 

We get it, sometimes it’s not a perfect fit.

That’s why we give you a full 7 days (as long as it’s a first time purchase) to try Cuppa out. If you are facing an issue with content production, please let us know before cancelling. It might just be a simple fix that is needed. If you’re still not satisfied simply ask for a refund. Be sure to ask within your 7 days time period. Please, Do not create a chargeback or we will no longer be able to help you get your money back.
