Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your free trial within your trial window, which is 4 days without giving any reason for doing so. This applies to any and all subscriptions that you may have with Cuppa. That time frame is associated with our FREE TRIAL, which is 4 days.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 4 days from the date on which You received the Goods (Cuppa Access & Subscription license) or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. This is the 4 day trial window.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

- We HIGHLY recommend cancelling your active subscriptions in the settings in your app. It takes less than 30 seconds to cancel.
Our Refund Policy
Cuppa no longer has a refund policy, effective as of January 1st, 2024.
We do not allow for refunds. This applies for new customers or recurring customers.
If you miss cancelling your subscription in your 4 day free trial window, you may still reach out to the support team, however, we are in no way subject to any or all refund. If you miss cancelling your subscription during your renewal, we are in no way subject to any or all refund.
